The RCB-55 gave you extra options over the more basic RCB-15. You gained an ANL and Delta Tune as well as the basic functions. What the RCB-55 had that would become standard on most CB radios in years to come, was an LED signal/power meter. A lower end radio, you could still talk to the local stations without much trouble.
