The PSC-301 was the top of the line of the Contact range. Heavily advertised by Peter Shalley as a high performance long range radio, this wasn't far from the truth, with documented proof of contacts around the world placed in some of his ads. There was to be a matching base station, but this was never released. A solidly constructed unit designed to see many years of service.This unit uses the uPD861 PLL and can be converted to 40 channels or more. Imported by Peter Shalley Communications, this was one of many CB Radio products he imported. Availability wise, they turn up for sale from time to time. |
