You won't see many of these. Identical in all features except for the front panel, these radios share the same chassis as the Courier Spartan PLL. Being the more attractive of the two it is an early UNIDEN chassis using the uPD858 PLL. Reliability wise, not much goes wrong with these radios, but you always need to be aware of people getting into them and playing around.
