Imported and distibuted by E.M.I. Australia Ltd under the HMV brand ( yes the record company at Homebush in Sydney ), these radios were one of a handful that had the 23 to 18 channel conversion labelled on the channel dial ( unfortunately the one in the picture has been converted to 40 channel ). Almost a faultless radio except for a module called the VCO which could fail after about 10 years ( yes an electronic appliance lasting 10 years and yes they don't make them like they used too ). If you pick one up working, chances are the module has been replaced. Happy hunting.
