Sold through various outlets including Dick Smith Electronics, these were another Cybernet manufactured radio. Styled very similar to the earlier Midland 13-892 radio, but now with the all new PLL chassis. It did have one unique feature, the clarifier control ( for SSB tuning ) was mounted in the microphone. A good solid radio only two things fail in these radios, the VCO and the microphone cord, and only after quite a few years of use. |
