Released by UNIDEN around 1993 the PRO-535e was design for the trucking industry. Fitted with a front panel speaker ( and quite loud ) and an extra long microphone cable, features considered handy in a noisy large truck cabin. A note on the microphone, the insert type was changed to an electret for better sound quality. If you need to replace it, you will need to use the same type or your transmit audio will deteriorate.
